Our priority is to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with the Service. We believe 100% in our product, but we understand that no service can work perfectly for everyone all the time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue that we have not been able to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be more than happy to provide a refund.
When should I request a refund?
Please understand and accept that we cannot provide a refund for technical issues unless you allow us to properly attempt to resolve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 12 hours, we will refund your money. Remember that you can contact our support team at any time if you need assistance.
How do I request a refund?
You should contact us with your transaction order ID with the subject: «Refund Request» and describe in your email the issues you are experiencing and the reason for this request. The same email address that was used to place the order should be used to request a refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. No refunds are possible after 24 hours.
We will do our best to refund any users immediately after receiving the request and verifying the user information. It takes 20 to 31 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account, however, in some cases, the refund may take longer.
We will not send a refund if: The user requests a refund after 24 hours of placing the order. If some channels freeze, buffer or do not work, as there are several reasons for this behavior, such as: fluctuations in the client’s internet connection, a problem with the box / apps / client setup in general, content not working from the server side, a standard server update and / or any ISP issues (ISP issues have absolutely nothing to do with the service itself).
