1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is an official offer (public offer) of MY IP TV LLC (hereinafter referred to as the «Contractor») and for an incapacitated individual (hereinafter referred to as the «Customer») who accepts this offer on the terms and conditions specified below.
1.2. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), in the event of acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below and payment for services, a legal entity or individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer (in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the CC RF, acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth in the offer).
1.3. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the Contractor’s offer to conclude the Offer Agreement (acceptance of the offer) is considered to be the fact of confirmation of readiness to make payment for the Contractor’s service by clicking the «Pay» button on the website https://www.my-ip.tv/ . The text of this Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») is located at: https://my-ip.tv/ru/offer-agreement/ .
1.4. By accepting the Agreement in the manner specified in clause 1.3 of the Agreement, the Customer
confirms that he has read, agrees, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of the Agreement in the form in which they are set out in the text of the Agreement, including in the appendices to the Agreement, which are an integral part thereof.
1.5. The Client agrees that acceptance of the Agreement in the manner specified in clause 1.2 of the Agreement is the conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set out therein.
1.6. The Agreement cannot be revoked.
1.7. The Agreement does not require seals and/or signatures by the Customer and the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) and retains legal force.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of educational services by the Contractor for a fee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The Customer fully accepts the terms of the Agreement and pays for the Contractor’s services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Payment for Services
3.1. The cost of services under the Agreement is determined in accordance with the current prices and is specified on the website https://www.my-ip.tv/.
3.2. The cost of the service can be changed by the Contractor unilaterally.
3.3. The methods of payment for the service are specified when making a payment.

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All text information and graphic images located on the website
https://www.my-ip.tv/ are the property of the Contractor.

5. Special conditions and responsibilities of the parties.
5.1. The Contractor is responsible for the timeliness of the services provided when the Customer fulfills the established requirements and rules posted on the website https://www.my-ip.tv/ .
5.2. The Contractor is released from liability for breach of the terms of the Agreement if such breach is caused by force majeure circumstances, including: actions of government authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, riots, any other circumstances, not limited to the above, that may affect the performance of the Contract by the Contractor.
5.3. The Contractor is not responsible for the quality of public communication channels or services providing the Customer with access to its services.

6. Confidentiality and protection of personal information
6.1. The Contractor undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Customer.
6.2. Disclosure of information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the law shall not be considered a breach of obligations.
6.3. The Contractor receives information about the IP address of the visitor to the Site
https://www.my-ip.tv/. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
6.4. The Contractor is not responsible for the information provided by the Customer on the site https://www.my-ip.tv/ in a publicly available form.

7. Procedure for considering claims and disputes
7.1. The Customer’s claims regarding the services provided are accepted by the Contractor for consideration by e-mail within 2 (working) days from the date of the dispute.
7.2. When considering disputes, the Contractor has the right to request from the Customer all the documentation of interest regarding the event in question. If the Customer fails to provide documents within 1 business day after the day of the request, the claim will not be considered by the Contractor.
7.3. The Contractor and the Customer, taking into account the nature of the service provided, undertake to apply the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure in the event of disputes and disagreements related to the provision of services. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute pre-trial, the parties have the right to go to court.
8. Other terms
8.1. The Customer has all the rights and powers necessary to conclude and execute the Agreement.
8.2. The Customer has the right to unilaterally refuse the Contractor’s services at any time. In the event of the Customer’s unilateral refusal of the Contractor’s services, the payment made is not refundable, but can be transferred to another service.
8.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change or supplement any of the terms of this Agreement at any time, publishing all changes on its website.
8.4. For all issues not regulated by this Agreement, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.5. Recognition by the court of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement and the rules does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
